HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR BACK OFFICE
1) Go to https://my.rapidfunnel.com/account
2) Select ‘Log In’
3) Type your RapidFunnel email and password
4) Click the ‘Remember Me’ box and the next time you log in, your information will be filled in automatically.
5) Click ‘Log In’
HOW DO I VIEW MY TOTAL CONTACTS, EXPOSURES AND USERS STATISTICS?
Total Contacts – this is the total number of contacts added by users under the group codes added on your App
Viewed Percentage = calculated by (No. of Contacts that clicked the Resource Link / No. of Contacts that were sent a Resource). Note: This only applies to individual resources.
Opt-in Percentage = calculated by (No. of Contacts that have Opted-in / No. of ‘Active’ Contacts assigned to Campaigns)
Total Exposures This Month – number of contacts who were sent an opt-in email and/or a resource.
Ave Daily Unique Exposures Entered This Month = calculated by (Total Exposures in the current month / Total Days in the current month)
Total Users – this is the total number of users under the group codes added on your App
Total Paid Users – number of users who’ve upgraded to Premium – not including any users who are currently in a Paid Promo ($1 for ‘X’’ days).
WHAT DOES EACH CHART MEAN?
Monthly Contacts Campaign Opt-In – A monthly presentation of Unique Exposures vs Contacts who have opted-in and been assigned to a campaign. For a complete summary, hover the mouse over the month that you’d like to review.
Monthly Contacts Resource Viewed – A monthly presentation of Unique Exposures vs Contacts who were sent a resource and have viewed a resource. For a complete summary, hover the mouse over the month that you’d like to review.
New Contacts – Last 30 Days – Graph shows your Total Unique Exposures within the last 30 days. Hover the mouse over the data point for a complete summary
Emails Sent Via RapidFunnel System – Graph shows the Total Emails sent out via the RapidFunnel System. Hover the mouse over the data point for a complete summary.
